Thanks for your response, I've just sent you a message.

Hey guys,
I need some help identifying a part and what I need to order to replace it. I'm a bit new to all of this apologies if it's a little ignorant / a silly question.
Whilst working on the car today I noticed one of my hoses is split. My description might be poor but it's the one that connects from the passenger side of the rocker cover (?) and feeds into the bottom of the intake tube. I think it might be known as a breather hose / valve cover breather hose?
I've been able to find what looks like an OEM replacement on a couple of American websites but haven't been able to find much else. Am I using the wrong terms to find a replacement part? Do I just buy some generic silicone hosing for this?
Or am I missing something?
Thank you

I'm just hoping the weather holds out... I've been told by a couple people there might be thunderstorms this weekend?
Fingers crossed the weathers okay.

Most I'd say, only one fella let me know he's going straight to Evesham.
That's good. Coincidentally drove past the services yesterday, got diverted on the way back from work and ended up driving through that side of Birmingham -

Many of you meeting up at Hopwood? I'll be looking to meet up there for the drive down.
Now I just need to find a holder for my phone or a Sat Nav so I can get to Hopwood and be able to make it home.

Congratulations on becoming an owner member
Does this mean you'll be coming to the Midlands meet on Sunday 8th August?
Thank you.
Yes, I think I will be coming.
Got to get some maintenance stuff out the way but that aside, experiencing a right predicament about what to do with. Seeing some other Zed's might help me -
Took a little longer than planned, but gave the car a little clean today so thought I’d finally get round to taking a quick phone picture.

I'm just here to say your videos are great. Used one recently to service my car. Keep it up the good work!
I do need to replace my boot springs so I might have to give these a try.

Hi and welcome to the club.
It depends on what your definition of low mileage is for a 15+ year old car and also, what you class as a good price.
Whilst it's good to consider, I wouldn't let mileage be the sole defining factor of a good. I've seen "lower" mileage cars that are far rustier and in worse condition than higher mileage cars. A 15 year old car with 100,000 miles would mean the drivers done 6.6k a year, which isn't particularly a lot.As the others have said, there are a lot of cars out there. When I was looking recently, I remember in one day around 5 different Zed's got uploaded to eBay. They do seem to be rising in price and if so that's just something you have to accept when purchasing one. No point thinking about what the value used to be.
Be patient. Understand what you want and how much it will realistically cost. You'll find the right one.

Welcome and nice Zed.
Now, I'm not the most knowledgeable but from what I've read there's never too much pop to the boot. If all is well it pops and you can lift it open. Other wise, if the springs are gone you have to press the release multiple times.
I see you have a spoiler on it, I'm not sure how much weight the stock struts can deal with but it might be that you require stronger struts. -

Gutted I didn't come, looks like it was a great turn out.
I'll be attending the next one!
Anybody got anymore pictures?
-
Hello to you and the doggo.
Both are pretty fantastic to look at.
How are you finding the GTR?
-
I was absolutely exhausted yesterday; a long week at work and a long day getting the car. So I haven't managed to take anything yet but I shall do shortly!
A little gutted I'm not attending the meet today but to those that are, have a good time. I look forward to seeing some pictures! -
I can now say the search is over and I have my Zed!

That's good to have people close. You ever go to any 350z meets?
I think I've seen a couple red one's for sale that haven't been imported but it definitely is rare. -
To be fair, you're not wrong there!
The blue is really nice. I also think red is a really nice colour for the Zed. Red seems quite rare though?
I'm in Birmingham, what about you?

I am also West Midlands, where about are you based?
Hi, Nice Zed.
Y'know, I keep saying that I personally don't want a blue Zed but now I keep seeing pictures and they really are growing on me.I'm based in the West Midlands too. Seems like there's a few owners popping up here. Shame I don't really see any of them driving around.

Still trying to hunt down the right 350Z!
This a right adventure. Prices seem all over the place at the moment....
The search continues

Pop along to the 350z / 370z meet next month if you free.

That colour looks good no matter how many times I see it.
That's not a bad suggestion to be fair. Though don't know if I'll be able to make that, shame it's not a little later in the month.I appreciate the suggestion either way.

MidlandZ Club Meet - Sunday 8th Aug 2021
in Local Meets Across The UK

Thanks all for the great meet. That was my first and I'm sure it won't be my last.
I'm still pondering it but it might've convinced me to keep the 350z.
I might also have to dust off the good old camera for next time.
