Would you recommend a particular stereo?

Hi to everyone. 

I'm new here . Just got a 350z 2004 it has a standard radio in it but would like to put the bose radio in.

My question is can I just swap it over or do I have to change the rear wiring loom and put the bose amp and sub woofer in as well?
