After a long time I’m finally in a position to have a 350z. Last weekend I got rid of my h vxr and picked up a 2002 fairlady.
First impressions, it’s great fun! I thought I’d miss the turbo, but apparently not. The sound of the z certainly more than conpensates. The car is nothing special yet, and needs tidying up ready for the show season, but it’s everything I was hoping for in an ongoing project. I owned an rx8 before the vxr and hoped this would be the right step up.
Only downside so far is that I have to do the school run every morning now as my 5 year old son refuses to go in the Astra, our daily runabout!
Hoping to be at as many shows as possible this year. The plan is to buy and mx5 for the wife, and do a bit of a his and hers theme.
