  2. Ouch, but what i cant figure out is why the axel stands are under the front bumper? Surely u would of had them under the jacking point on the side???

They were placed under the lower arms on either side. They were just placed underneath incase the ramps failed. When I reversed they got dragged out of the front.

ahhh its all makes sense now!!! Dont beat yourself up, i done the same to a different car lol but was the boot floor, had 2 stands under it with a bit of 2x2 holding a exhuast up while fitting. Forgot to take them out and lowered the car down lol
  3. Went for a 200mile round trip to the zed shed today in the fiesta, to pick up a replacement azure rear bumper, have to say, hands down, nicest people in THE world!!! Even commented on the color of the fiesta black/purple flip roof and spoiler ;)

Saw the legendary baby blue 350z, picture do no justice to the color, a pure stunner of a car, even let the missus in it to check out the sound system :)

the zed shed 1 and 2, loved it!!! Man i need a shed like that, more like a second house!!

Anyways, the bumper, perfect for second hand, price was awesome, as they said, we got it at a bargin, so share the bargin on :) would highly recommend them to anyone on the forum :)

Massive thank you to the boys!!

  4. Just woke up to find somebody has ripped the rear bumper, words cannot describe the anger, anyways, anyone got a decent azure rear bumper for sale or know anyone with on? Infact, any azure rear bumper will do, after market or stock lol

  5. Ive had rs3's since june, never had a problem with them, only slip if u want them to, and i also never have the traction control on either,my only gripe is the sidewalls are a tad soft, other than that they got loads of grip in the dry and wet, actually in standing water they are bloody awesome

  6. Lol it drives like a new car already :) for a quick dirty one its bloody good, doesnt pull, steering wheel is dead straight, its nice and tight again, just weird both sides had the 2.5mm toe out but like u said, will be aligned soon, getting abbey to do it

  7. Afternoon people!!! Just changed a track rod end, and did the string method for a quick toe check, before u say get it done properly, i am, this is a just for now, anyway, got the string all lined up, measure off the centre caps etc, got the front all aligned, but i checked the rear while i was at it, and ive got about 2.5mm toe out on the back, the front of the back wheel pokes out further than the back, checked both side and it was exactly the same, is this right? Or sound dodgy? I looked up the factory specs and it says 2.5mm toe in, has somebody before me toe'd it the wrong way? Or am i missing something?? Its getting booked in soon, just changing out some bits first, cheers!!!
