I have one of these units in the van, it's the single one with the flip up dvd player, it's been a good buy, plenty of bits to add on if you wish, rear camera, remotes, the do a Sat Nav unit that clips in, but it's not cheap!

So, 3 to see on Sat, excited!

I ring the insurance, they say No Sir, we don't insure people switching from fwd to powerful rwd like that...... at which time I point out she also drives the Chevy Pick Up with way more power and zero weight on the back and has yet to stuff it through the hedge.

They reconsidered and quoted a reasonable (for a 25 year old girl) price

Oh...she will see right through that plan, she's used to my schemes... last time we went on holiday to Spain I snuck off and rented a house there for 6 months last Winter, without telling her!

I'm looking at anything from 4.5k - 8ish.

She will want it wrapped satin black to match the Chevy Pick Up, so ideally black (I love the Blue and Gold) I'm hoping for under 100k, stock, FSH, and black leather (I think the orange interior would be a step too far for her)....

The hardest bit will be ducking outta view as I drive it past the house until Xmas day!

Joined up as I'm looking to buy a 350z for my wife for xmas as a surprise....

Which is fine, except she's super attached to her 14 year old Golf and isn't fussed about a new car!

I've sat with her and asked her to show me cars that she likes.... Range Rovers! Jeez, I can't bring myself to do that....

I 'think' I remember her commenting on a 350z sometime in the past, but I can't ask her without giving the game away, hence the wish me luck!
