I bought my Zed already modified. It had exhaust, induction, coilovers, speed defender, bodykit and wheels.
My question is, is there any way to check/tell if it has had an uprev remap already done to it.
Since owning the car i have added a plenum spacer and voltage stabilizer.

So I have a JDM 350. The standard kph dials have been calibrated to show MPH.
My question is, would the calibrated dials mean that the KPG is actually MPG?

Surely the unit itself's fine its just the app that needs programming to decode JOBD?

Is the jap 350 engine any different from a uk one? Would a uk ecu work the same or would it cause issues?

I'm looking for a reader that will communicate through the OBDII with the torque app and show intake temps etc. Will any of the bluetooth readers do that on a JDM z?

I've tried several recently gets power from the port but doesn't connect to torque or obd reader apps( despite saying jobd protocols supported) i'm guessing there's some witchcraft required.. Still to give the standalone wired reader and connector a bash, though not ordered yet.
OBDII Reader MX and the ELM 327 Bluetooth adapters so far don't work however work with UK cars, although again that could just be the protocol that's wrong.
God dammit! Just got my OBDlink LX and it won't recognise the ECU. Has anyone found a solution for this yet? The torque app looks amazing and I was really looking forward to using it. ffs

Do these work on the jap imports? The only reason i ask is because supposedly it plugs into the OBD port and i know theres a difference (JOBD).
