I'm organising a drive out at the end of August, We have had a few of these in the last 6 months in the north west and we normaly head into North Wales.

 

this time i'm taking everyone around the Dales.

 

Everyone is invited no matter what your driving (OR riding) and i thought i would put a thread up here to see if there was any interest.

That's a very low budget for one off them and there are more 2006 (300 face lifts about than the 2005)

really want a GT! currently being told that at the age of 28 and with 5 yrs NCD currently driving a 3.0Z4 that my current insurer wont insurer me on a 350z lol!

As the title says really, im looking for a 350Z GT 2005+ preferably the 300hp version. i've got about £7000 to spend

Well i know im looking for a 300hp GT if i can with less than 70k on the clock!

Personally I don't like the roadsters and prefer the coupe's but still great cars with a stonking engine.

Ok so I’m looking to buy my first 350Z. currently driving a BMW Z4 3.0 but really want a change.

What should I look out for and what are the “essential†checks ill need to do? Ideally I’m looking for 04-05 plate no more than 65k on the clock and some nice extras.

Ok so we are currently looking to arrange a rolling road day in April, currently Saturday the 5th. obviously we need to get an idea of numbers so i can arrange some sort of club discount with the vendor we are looking to use.

 

Cost should be around the £40 mark and i will be getting info on what that gets us.

 

For now please can we have an idea of number for the people who would be interested in coming to this event?

Great weekend for R.O Detailing, The event went well and everyone had a good time, the weather was good and wasn't until the afternoon that we got caught in some snow! but all added to the fun!

There are going to be more events coming up later in the year with the possibility of a rolling road day and perhaps some trips to York Drag Strip for some "Run What Ya Brung"!

Yeah course there is going to be a summer event as well!

A quick message to those who are coming tomorrow, irrespective of the weather there will be loads of us, this event has been posted on many car forums, across Audi TT owners, S2000 Owners, 350Z Owners and Z4 owners and there are plenty of people who, like me believe their cars still work in the rain (even with a soft top!) This event is about driving some amazing roads with stunning views with like minded people irrespective of the weather.

We can't wait to see you in Skipton!

haha i know it does! a detailer with a dirty car! going to try get it done tomorrow! hopefully leaving at about 10.30

Just as a note a few of us will be bringing along hand held walkie talkies if you have one, feel free to bring it along.

Did a test drive of the route yesterday.
