  3. I've had this process done on a few items on my old show car by a company in Surrey. Quality was not bad..I didn't find it that hard wearing...BUT....I am 100% that the Surrey lot didn't go to Florid a to be trained, that's for sure.

I believe you can do colours in the chrome as well 😎

Hope this works well and I would expect no less from Aqua with thier high standards 😆

Theres noone else in the UK using Spectra chrome that im aware of. This is the one thats been around longest so has been tested for longevity and its rally good and should be as hard wearing as paint or dipping as long as its done right. There are lots of cheaper spray chrome kits around but we decided to go for the one that we now works, lasts and has the back up we may need.

Its all going well so far. We are going to get a few candy colours over some of these chrome samples this week so watch this space. We also have a full set of smart car panels to go in pink chrome. OMG

  4. Hi all,

Have you ever fancied having a go at dipping yourself? Its loads of fun and relatively cheap.

Dont expect a pro result using these kits but you can expect a decent result that you should be happy with on things such as games consoles and smaller car parts.

The pro route is always the best option as you know its been done right and will last but if you're up for have a play around in the garage this weekend then get yourself one of these. Great gift for someone too.

Enter this code kit350z and get 10% off your kit until the end of June 2017

In your kit you get everything you need apart from a tub to dip in. All the best quality products and full instructions plus back up from us if you need any help.

Go on, Have a go. We would love to see your results.

If enough of you buy a it then we may even run a competition for the best DIY hydro dip job. Come on, get involved. You'll love it, i promise you.

I only have camo and carbon up on the site but you can request any pattern that we stock so have a look and see if theres anything you fancy. Please feel free to ask any questions.

  5. Struggling to think of a Christmas present for that special someone?

How about trying something different and get them a DIY dip kit.

Hydro dipping in the comfort of your own shed/garage/garden.

Great little gift for someone who likes to have a go at things themselves.

Comes with everything in the photo plus your choice of film pattern and full instructions.

You also have access to back up support and help from us so if it goes wrong just give us a call or an email and we can help as best we can.

*Do not expect a dip kit to produce the types of finishes we produce and show on our page/website. This is a DIY kit and only really suitable for little bits and pieces such as games controller shells, vape shells, phone covers and small car parts*

    Buy here https://www.aquagraphix.co.uk/product-categ…/hobby-dip-kits/

If your choice of film isnt listed in a dip kit just make a note at the bottom when you purchase any kit and state which pattern you would like instead. We will then supply the correct basecoat colour to go with that pattern.

Ill let you all into a little secret. Its called M carbon because its the pattern we had made for one of our contract jobs with Mountune Ford tuners. M for Mountune ;-)
