Sure it wasn't the clutch? Most are quite rattly.
No it wasn't defo oil starvation

Hi I'm hoping someone can shed some light, I checked the oil this morning and it was about half full on the dipstick, so topped it up.
When I started it it sounded like the bearing were dry and it made an awful racket, so i turned it off and tried again, the same thing happened but to a slightly lesser extent, so turned it off and restarted, the rattling went away after a couple of seconds and was good as gold for the rest of the day.
Anyone else had this?
I thought about using lucas oil stabiliser which is incredible stuff, I use it in all my other vehicles (engines/ gearboxes/ diffs)but they are high flow low pressure systems. The stuff is really sticky and eliminates dry starts, but I'm sure it thickens the oil a bit so not sure if its ok to put it in an engine that likes thin oil.

Thinking of buying a set for my other beast ( a twin turbo TVR Chimaera with spiders) as they look very similar to what I have, but mine weight the same as a small country, and I'm looking at shedding some weight
They will be shod with 225 35 18 f and 255 35 18 r so not a lot of rubber for pothole navigation

Not yet looked at the bulb but that should be easy enough!

Hi
Recently noticed the headlight washer motor working but the washer wouldn't pop up?
Now the wife has told me the screen washer has stopped working!
I'm guessing its a fuse but if it isnt has anyone else had anything similar and found a fix?
Also how do you get to the reversing light bulb?
Cheers

Hi everyone
Bought the zed a couple of weeks ago, a stunning chilli red example with some tastefully mods, I'm just getting used to it and loving it!
Hope to see some of you at the local meets at some point.
I have a few questions already, so i'll nip over to the general forum and post them in there.
Cheers

Bit of a thread resurrection I’m having the same issue of hard starting when hot. I have changed all the o2 sensors both cam position sensors and ECT sensor, and the maf sensor. I’ve reset the fuel trims. But it’s still there. My next thoughts were fuel pressure or leaking injectors, any thoughts?
Thanks
