I had these tyres on my SSR wheels. Sold the rims and kept the tires. originally it was zero up front and Michelin at rear. Had a nail in one of the Michelin so put the Dunlop to compensate.

To be honest but no issues what so ever with the set up.

One Dunlop and one Michelin bud

They were all balanced recently as well
