  1. Benjy, Im always seeing you and yours. Im guessing yours is also the one parked behind the flats by the roundabout in Arundel, as you drive down towards the Engine Shed?

Had mine washed today at Homebase. Normally they are very good, but front bumper now scratched. Was looking for an excuse for a complete respray to address a few A27 chips etc. She is going into Dynamic Paint next week for a full treatment. Same colour, but richer!

  2. Yes, I see it parked outside Bedfords.

I didnt know that Chris was aware they were mashed. Ive just dropped him a line with the picture.

Im gutted, but also pleased that this is easily addressed (with a fair wad of cash thrown at the problem). But its a real pisser because its a big safety concern that it was allowed to leave the forecourt in that state.

So yes, I hope your disappointment at losing out on the wheels has now turned to relief.

  3.

Has anyone else noticed that as soon as you step into your Z, all and sundry appear from nowhere in their golfs, vauxhalls and bmws

wanting to burn you up and leave you for dead!!?? Oh what fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! haha :yahoo:

Yep... every journey back from Pinewood or Shepperton I must encounter at least to German cars wanting to have a burn on the A3. I just peel away, leave them and then I like to pull back so they can at least pass me and have their moment. Im in a position where there is no ego to massage and a full clean license is essential, so I have a play but not to the point where I do anything detrimental to my ability to get to work. What pisses me off though is the fact that they like to really drive up your ass...

  4. Benjy... took the Z to ATS in Chi today as I had a split tire valve, and he pointed out quite a flaw with the rims, due to the previous owner...

See if you can guess what the P-rick has done to all the wheels rather than use the right tools for the job....

Im more concerned that I actually missed this at the time of purchase. 1 Wheel has one incident of this, and the others all have two. And the guy from ATS said that whats left is so thin, its dangerous to consider anything other than new rims... So, Ive gone for the same but in Bronze from Rotashop (great great service).

So, despite your passion for the wheels that you wanted Chris to sell you, your better off without... they are fubar'd

  5. Hi Mike! I work in chichester, so if you see a 54 plate sunset zed about, tis I.

On a bright note for you as well - How do you feel about this?

I know the guy who runs the place, nice bloke. Used to be a Nissan Franchise sales manager! And this ones' got Rota GTRs on it...

However, my commission for the spot (should you buy it) is the cost of the Rotas. )

    Ben

Sorry, it was me that snapped this up! ;)
