Hi all,
Just moved to the area. Looking for an MOT station/garage with some 350 knowledge. Car needs an MOT. Also for odd jobs. Any recommendations?
Thanks

hi all
the fluid level is fine, at max and the clutch pedal does not lift at all when depressed.

Hi all,
Down in northern Italy and have just lost gears. Pedal has dropped through the floor. No biting point. No nasty noises just no resistance on the pedal and can't engage a gear.
Had a search on the forum and think it's the slave cylinder? Any thoughts?
It's an HR and clutch was changed 20k miles ago. Car has done 57k total.
Cheers for all help!

Has anyone ever managed to bypass the speed limiter on a stock Z to discover what she'll do in a straight line? On a track of course! Much more than the limited 155 I'm sure.
-
Mitz can you add me to the list? Sorry for being late. Couldn't commit till last minute. If foods a problem don't worry; just me and the z

I'll go through it again but couldn't see anything about the HR

Has anyone else struggled with Bose aux hack on a 2008 HR? Get as far as unscrewing the four screws on each side of the unit with the dash out; then it just won't budge and am reluctant to force it. There are screws on the lip of the cubby in the guide which just aren't there.
If anyone is close to Leamington and fancies earning themselves a packet of Jaffa cakes for helping me out be much appreciated!

Doesn't look like that either. Going to rethink

Top picture. Those screws don't exist on an HR. Think I'm going to put it back together before I get in too deep!
-
Got to stage 3 in 57 plate HR GT no sat nav and first set of screws on cubby hole don't look they exist.
Carried on and got to stage of pulling centre console out and removing head unit but doesn't seem to wasn't to come out and thinking its these screws I couldn't see holding the top of the unit in? Am I right?
Any ideas?
Thanks

Yeah £80 on eBay. Got the fronts from a mate. Was just wondering if anyone had some rears in need of a good home before I get them from eBay
-
If anyone has an unwanted pair drop me a line. Have the fronts and been happy with them. Rears are up for replacement shortly so would like them matching.
Cheers

Sounds good I'll be there. Be nice to a newbie

Didnt bother changing mine. If the fly is within spec when inspected I wouldn't bother.
Just personal choice I suppose and how you drive...

Beware I bought my HR 41k miles and the engine blew within a month. Low miles means nothing if the car has been abused.
Eye ball the guy and if he flinches under questioning walk away and if the car doesn't idle dead steady walk away!

What alpine unit?

Am thinking of the avh-x2500bt now. Appradio2 so chance it might work with ARLiberator. The 2600bt is appradio3 so no chance of working. I'm on Android 4.4.2 which technically however isn't supported.
Worst case it won't work but I'll still at least have Bluetooth streaming and hands free phone as long as I get the mic position correct.
This a mine field of compatability issues!!!
-
The appradio app on your Note keeps crashing?
Take it Bluetooth streaming and phone controls/mic all work as expected using steering wheel controls?
Bummer when things don't work as you'd expected. Support for Android users seems surprisingly poor in the incar entertainment world!

Please add me to the list.

Thinking of going for this radio. I have a Nexus 4. Are you having much joy with it?
Have you tried ARLiberator to gain access to all your phone apps on Android?
