Hi everyone. I have scuffed my alloy and im trying to find a paint code for my wheels?
How would I go about this? Did rays come only in certain coulors?
My rays are black. I can't upload a pic at the mo as I am on my phone but will try 2 put one up soon.
Thanks Ben

Mine had this issue. It is as zmanalex said. The big red spring on the clutch is slipping causing the noise on the clutch going up.
-
Thanks :-)
Looks great!
Defiantly going to remove the 350z and maybe a black Z badge!
-
Didn't know there would be locating holes behind the rear badge. Maybe a black badge instead I guess :-) but remove the 350z :-)
-
Looks pretty black! hope visibility isn't too bad at night but I guess just take it slowly!
yeah law is pretty much nothing extra on the front windows for the Zed due to factory tint but whatever you want on the back ones as you've done. debating to get mine done but not sure about visibility!
Visibility isn't 2bad. You can see fairly well. The car headlights are easily visible. Also o tend to use my side Mirrors more so it's not so bad :-)
-
when you remove the rear nissan badge your be left with 2 locating holes.
Oh dear! Didn't know they were there, lol! Guess its a black badge like the front then :-)
-
Oh come on.. a wee bit of imagination and you can do it yourself
Just want to see b4 I go I the time and effort of removing and painting!
Also it's always good to see first!
:-)

very stealth.....just paint the badges black as well to finish.....win win win.
I was thinking of removing the rear badges all together and putting a black Z badge on the front. Just put a photo shop request up :-)

Another pic
What device did you use to photograph your car?
Did you do this yourself? Can I ask how much it cost? Am I right in thinking the UK laws on tinting only applies to the front, driver and passenger windows?
That's true! At least it's shiny I guess, lol.
I had a garage near me do it. My brother in law knows the guy so I got it for £120.
Yes you are right the law says you must not have more than 30% tint on the front windows. I think it's B pillar forwards.

The easiest option in my opinion is to drop the front bumper. I have a HR so don't know of it is any different or which model you have.
Firstly put a towel under the bumper in the centre to stop it getting scratched.
Then open the bonnet and remover the platic clips holding the bumper up across the front.
Next remove the 2 bolts on the lower left and right of the bumper. They hold the wheel arch liner onto the bumper.
Next steer the car full lock left.
Go to the drivers side of the car and peel the arch liner back to expose the 2/3 (can't remember how many) bolts that hold the bumper on. Remove these bolts.
Next steer the car to full lock right and repeate the last step.
The bumper will then Drop forward onto the towel.
Change the reflectors and repeate in reverse to put the bumper back on.
Sounds alot but mutch less stressfull that the other ways!
Hope this helps :-)

I really disliked my clutch biting point and hated being in traffic.
The clutch pedal naturally is higher than the rest. I adjusted it to be inline with the other pedals using the guide and it has made a massive difference. Totally different driving experience now.
