  1. It's all in the thread mate. Meetups at Donnington services, one leaving early doors and another leaving at 7:30.
  2. Sorry Mikey, but we have no stand passes or tickets left at this point, at least not guaranteed ones. We have one which is in limbo, i.e. someone has requested it, but isn't positive they can make the event. If they confirm they are unable to make it, it'll be yours for the princely sum of £13, as a gift, to paypal@zxclub.net. If however he is able to make the event and takes the ticket, I won't be able to get you on the stand I'm afraid. We had a bit of trouble with this last year too (Late comers) and it was impossible to get any extra stand passes.
  3. Absolutely no issue whatsoever. I will add your later meet to the threads across the other clubs and facebook groups, so you're likely to get a few more too.
  4. I can also meet you at the gates with your ticket a little later on, if a group of you wish to arrange a later meet and call me when you arrive.
  5. We have to do it for Japfest 1 in Wiltshire, you're all just panzies! As I've said though, you're all welcome to pay for postage and receive the tickets by post, or if a group of you wish to meet up later and nominate a single individual to receive tickets and hand them out to you at the later meeting, that's also possible. But, I'll remind again, 9am is the time you have to park up by, the gates open at 6:30 and are reasonably busy from that point on.
  6. Right then folks, I've had a few enquiries with regard to having tickets sent out to them, as they don't fancy the early morning meetup. Whilst I would still very much advise the early morning meetup, as it helps avoid the massive queues to get into the event and I trust Royal Mail about as far as I can throw them (No offence to anyone that works for them, but as a company, they suck!), I've looked into this and I can send the tickets to you by recorded delivery (Not tracked, but recorded 1st class) for £2.50 including the cost of the envelope. If you would like to risk Royal Mail, whether you intend to try and make the meetup or not, please let me know ASAP, pm me your address and paypal as a GIFT, £2.50 to paypal@zxclub.net. As for the meetup, I will be posting further details about it in the next week, but we will most likely be meeting at Donnington Services, just off the A1 and literally only a few miles from the circuit, at 6am on the day. This means we will be LEAVING the services at 6am, not getting there at 6am! PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL CLUB CARS MUST BE PARKED UP BY 9AM!!!! This is whether you intend to meet us or not and if you are not parked up by 9am, they may well put you in the outside car park when you turn up, stand pass or not! The gates open at 6:30 and we have every intention of not having to queue up to get in, which is the reason for the early leaving time from the services.
  7. As we had hoped, we are going to be in P2 at Japfest 2 this year, which is the tarmac bit in the middle of the showground. Last year we were on the gravel and off to the side, but this year we will be in the thick of it! Well done to all those who paid up early enough for us to get an early pre-booking in, which is what has secured us this stand space.
  8. We will be arranging a meet at a services just outside Silverstone a little closer to the event. It's early doors though. From memory we met up around 7am last year.
  9. One track time reserved for you then mate, when you're not at work any more, have a read through what's available and let us know which track time you want, then pay with paypal, as a gift, to paypal@zxclub.net. Remember to put your forum name in the payment info.
  10. We've found in the past, that the best way to make sure everyone gets their tickets, is to distribute them on the morning of the show, at a meeting point close to the show, then convoy in. We had two meeting points last year, one at a services and another at the front gate. If worst comes to worst, I can give you my phone number so that you can call me if you're going to miss the meeting time and you need me to come down to the gate later to give it to you.
  11. From the Trax website: "The maximum sound level for your vehicle is 102dB, measured on drive by meters around the circuit or on a static test at 4500rpm half a metre from your exhaust outlet"
  12. Usually around 98db but it probably says on the website under the track info.
  13. Usually about an hour before you're due on track, but we won't know for sure until the tickets arrive. Each track-time slot has it's own specific briefing, but you can attend any briefing throughout the day and once you're briefed, you don't have to attend another if you're doing multiple slots.
  14. List updated I'm not sure at the moment grundy, will get Rose to check and confirm, as she's managing that. I think there is currently only one track time available, but there are one or two which have not yet been paid for.
  15. List updated to reflect those who've shown an interest this weekend and those who've paid in the last week. Kind of the last call for this now please folks, if you're interested, get your name down and pay up, if your name is down but you haven't paid, please pay! lol
  16. Nope, so long as you pay up straight away, as we are closing it after this weekend.
  17. First post updated to reflect number of tickets and the fact you've paid
  18. See the first post in the thread for payment details mate, still time to get you on the stand.
  19. I'm pretty sure the deadline for tickets through the OutlawJapClub has passed now, as we've received our tickets now and it would be impossible to get new ones out to you in time. You may still be able to get in buying a ticket on the gate, but I'm not sure.
  20. Ah yes, friend please, or if buying goods and services, you'll need to pay the fee. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  21. It's in September!? What's wrong with your car that it might not be ready in 3 months?
