TTRS is over a second a lap faster around Tsukuba than a 370Z Nismo and mullers it away from the line, even with a manual box:
The impreza seems impressive on that clip

lovely job there they look brill, any guarantee on the work at all?
this place local to me http://www.topmarquesuk.co.uk/ they give 12 months
-
Good work folks. Took it off soaked it in hot water. Gave it a good poke and a blow. Stuck it back on and hey presto.
You'd be amazed at the amount of gunk that was stuck in there. Now if only I could get the jets pointed in the right direction
Never good when you spurt on yourself
Oh dear

Wow what a finish, that diamond white might be worth a try

Oil
in 350Z General
fair enough all I put my service off until the sun comes out later in the year i think
-
I think I read this on here (possibly not). Each body panel has a number on it so that you can check they all match and know that none have been changed. Obviously there could have still been damage but chances are it was light rather than something serious.

if you buy an 06 year plate it will be cheaper than a 56 plate like mine
My 06 is ~£440 a year, whats a 56?
-
thanks again mate

just after 2 rear rubber hangers now if anyone has any

Oil
in 350Z General
Don't know really, reckon I should leave it longer?
I only do about 3 or 4k a year so I guess I just do it annually to keep oil nice and clean as my journey's are short on average

Always found opie to be good from my years servicing the Supra.
someone's going to tell me this is no good now aren't they

I've had two JapSpeed exhausts on my Zed so far and not going for "Third time's the charm".
Saving up for a proper exhaust.
As for fitment..... viewtopic.php?f=35&t=37624&hilit=japspeed+K2
wow that's enough evidence for me, that's a lot to go through to get a 'direct replacement' part to fit, you got it looking good though in the end
-
Is it just the fit (not level without messing) with the jap speed that people don't like or are they poor quality in comparison?
-
thanks all
I am planning on getting the scorpion but not just after I renewed my wedding vows in Las Vegas he he so after a little advice from some Pm's (thanks again) I am going to get a sleeve welded on. The exhaust is in very good condition apart from that part so it should be good until summer at least.
completely agree that the scorpion sounds brilliant and like I say probably the best price versus quality
-
Thanks Mike I will give them a shout
I was looking for a possible second hand replacement that someone had taken off to upgrade. After reading through the forum I found a post where you said that the joins can go after about 4 years anyway.
So this being said I am now in two minds as it may be more sensible to put that £100 towards something else (the scorpion cat back for example) which will last possibly longer than me
-
in decent condition with no holes
Please PM me if you have taken one off
Thanks for looking
Pete

they are lovely, think i favour them over the Rays. I would imagine the are like rocking horse poo to get hold of though as they are limited edition
thanks for the info
-
I love these, are they standard JDM wheels?

Dont have to worry about blue smoke pal that's turbo oil seals and there's no turbo on the 350z.
The buyers guide is excellent but to be honest unless the engine is knackered there's not a lot that cant be fixed for under 1k, I'm a noob but that's my take on the research I did so dont take that as gospel
just watch for dodgy engine noises and a crappy gear change as the gear box could be naff
I always thought the Supra (this coming from another previous Supra owner) was pretty bullet proof but with all the things about turbo's going and replacement bottom ends going around it made made me realise that they were getting on
One thing I did have was a bit of a vibrating (kind of) noise at idle in neutral or with clutch down after research apparantly a 'chattery' clutch and pretty normal he he
have a good read of the buyers guide it helped me choose mine

its a little unit in the centre console where your elbow rests
should look like this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Gen-Nissan-350z-B ... 27bb03d490
clipped into a little holder that is secured in there, a lot of members have had varying experiences with it but mine so far (all of 3 days) have been good
