This thread reminded me that i bought one of the HC lips from ebay a month or so and haven't done anything with it yet. I've got a spare bumper too so i've done a trial fit this evening and i'm pleasantly surprised by how well it fits.

...my rays before selling them and getting Rota GTRs. My current wheels have been painted black by the previous owner and are in good but not unmarked condition. But should i just sell them as they are, or have them refurbed first to get a higher price? Here's a picture, although they're not clean at the moment:

I've seen a few people have had them refurbed to a smoked chrome finish, which seemed really popular and am wonderng what sort of price a set with part work Falkens might fetch?

Hmm...I've been waiting for you to post up pictures and now i'm not sure if I still want the ings bumper. I love their side skirts and rear bumper, but i think the front may have a bit too much going on for my liking. I may go smoothed nismo too.

Do you have any pictures showing how the et35 offset rears line up with the wheel arches? Would they need spacer to be flush?

That's encouraging to hear. I'd be really interested to see the results of fitting and understand if there were any problems along the way.

No, i've not PMd Paul as Ings copies don't seem to included in his list of available parts, but i'll give him a try anyway.

I've got a spare polished plenum that came with the car when i bought it a few months ago. I'll be putting it in the for sale section when i've reached enough posts. Or you could PM me direct if you're happy to do so.

Are these in gunmetal or bronze, i'm guessing gunmetal? And are they 9 inch front and 10 inch at the rear?

I've had a look through the traders on this site and although P15ULT doesn't have a Shine copy of the Ings front bumper, EPRacing do have it on their website. Is this likely to be from the same supplier as mad motors?

There's a complere absence of any further informtsion on the website, so does anyone have any experience of the product/company?

Thanks for the replies. I do have it booked in to be repainted next week but it's the fit that concerns me as there are several places with 7mm gaps between the bumper and lip. It's also been cut in places to make it fit, it looks ok from a distance but not up close.

Just thinking that if I need to replace it I shouldn't bother spending money getting it painted.

I've only had my 350Z for a week and i'm loving it, but the poor quality and scuffing to the aftermarket front lip that i willingly overlooked when i bought the car is beginning to annoy me. I like the look of the lip though so rather than just remove it i'm considering getting a replacement. Here's a photo

I joined the forum a week or so ago having previously lurked for a few months checking out the Zed for Sale section and getting to know a bit more about the 350Z. I found my 55 plate GT in Azure blue through the forum and am throughly pleased with my first week of ownership. Here are a couple of photos:

It's already got a few modifications -tein springs, K1 exhaust, K&N typhoon - and i'm already planning on a plenum spacer and Uprev in the near future. Only downsize is the cheap aftermarket front lip that doesn't fit well and is badly scuffed - thinking about getting a new one of those too!

Seems like a very helpful forum and i'll be sure to post up some questions soon.

Does anyone know of a garage in the southwest that can carry out the Uprev? From searching the forum the nearest garage (from Exeter) that gets a mention is Horsham Developements in Newbury.
