  1. Good luck. It's an excellent advert, which it needs to be in the present market.

One small observation - against the bit about using Super Unleaded you have suggested that this wasn't necessary but Super Unleaded is the recommended fuel for the car. You might want to change that (unless you meant that you used 98 when only 97 is necessary?)

    thanks neil :)

you are right I know according to the manufactures hand book the car’s engine was set up around higher octane fuels and I would recommend to anyone with this type of car to keep using super, but I know people who have never ran on super unleaded and never had any issues probably because there only used as daily drivers were someone running a UpRev or pushing the car harder would probably notice a difference.

  2. First of all my apologies for not being around the past 6 months but with work commitments and family I haven’t had chance to pay many visits, basically I’ve decided to sell my 350 after two years ownership :byebye: and just wanted to pop in and say BYE and THANKS to everyone, especially people like spurs mad Dave and zman Alex, you’ve helped me over the years its been one of the best owners club web sites I’ve ever been in and as well as having a laugh the car advice I’ve received has always been top class, apart from making me spend money

I’ll be back again once I’ve had a tidy out might have a few things for sale that might tickle some of your fancies, before I put them on eBay.

 ***ONCE AGAIN A BIG THANKS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK***

    Mull,

You do not require to replace the gear box and diff washers.

They are just flat washers and not crush washers and are reusable.

However the crush washer on the engine sump plug should be replaced every time, without fail.

    Alex. :)

    spot on thanks alex

  5. thanks as always, for your input

think i am defo going to go with the yellow stuff pads should be spot on for what i want, really like the feedback from the Ferodo pads but for what i want would be wasted, dont drive aggressive enough, still thinking about what to do about discs  would love to go for something like the DBA rotors that alex is selling with ferodo pads but at the min dont have the money, would like to try and get something sorted for around 250 maybe 300 which isnt ideal i know, normally when it comes to the zed there is no expense spared but works dried up at the min so this time i have to tighten up.........................NIGHTMAARE

  7. anyone know of a decent audio/sat nav specialist in the North East?

    preferably close to Teesside

the only place i can think of that do audio systems near me is awx in Stockton (near B&Q) they have been around a while, and seem to do some good work from what I’ve heard in the audio department, i am thinking of having a pop in my Bose system is doing my nut in :bang: , suffering from all the usual head unit faults so think it’s time for a change.

I am sure there will be a few more in the NE, some of the others might be able to point you in the right direction
