A friend of mine up here in sheffield uses itb's on vq's in his rally cars and I'm changing from fi to na over the winter. He's always fabricated his own manifold but he told me about the jenvey one and wondered if anyone had used it and knew what sort of angles the ports were at ?

Do you know the spec of the cams at all? I.e. the peak power range etc.?

In a standard to lightly modified 350Z? Then no, 10w-40 isn't really right. 5w-30 for standard or a little upgraded and 5w-40 for fairly heavy modifications or a lot of track time.
ive found that 10/60 fully synthetic kept the best oil pressures in extreme temps. 10/40 could drop as low as 10 psi but same use saw min 25psi out of the 10/60.
this is only for extreme track use though...........
