Coming up to my P2 service. Anyone know of any decent garages in the area (near Dereham would be ideal)?
There is a Nissan dealer in Kings Lynn but would rather save some money and take it to an independent garage.

Cool thanks. I've gone with 580. It's a very long story but I'm moving house on sat so needed it sorted before then. Tried to get falkens but nowhere has the rear ones. Camskill has 1!

Not had the car long and need 2 new rear tyres (had my fun now)
They have standard potenzas all round atm. I have heard a lot of people not rating them and would like to try a different tyre. I know it's not really advised to run different tyres back and front so does this mean I have to get EXACTLY the same tyre as the front, or is it OK to go for RE050s not RE040s (I understand these are better in the wet) as they're the same compound?
Cheers

Super resin is quite shiny but you don't half get a lot of white powder! Best done on a breezy day to stop it looking like the car is covered in flour!
Yer i know! - Time to break out my feather duster....

Cool, thanks all. Polish is Autoglym super resin polish. I got an electric polisher, although its a cheapo one from woolworths. I'll give it a bash n see.

Is it OK to use a car shapoo that has built in wax (wash n wax) before a polish n wax, or does the wax in the shampoo interfere with the polishing?

OK, so my front pads are nearly dead and I need to order some more. Looking at EBC yellow or red. would go straight for the yellows but dont they need warming up to get the most out of them? I don't drive like a maniac all the time so don't think I need to spend the extra for yellows. What are your thoughts/advice.
Many thanks kind sirs.....
