  1. Well when i ordered them, i spoke to the Nissan tuner guy, and he said that these particular offset and width are by far the most popular fitment for the 350z. It's the number one choice amongst the US community. As for tyre sizes, for daily driving he recommended 245/40 on the front and 275/40 on the back, that will result in almost stock drivability. Thats what it pictured on the black Z above.

  2. Well after only two days on sale, the 350z is gone already! First viewer took her away on the spot. So i've taken some photos of the actual rims today. There's not much else to say, as i think the pictures do the talking. The concave on them is awesome! They look sick!

  3. Hi guys. I am potentially selling my brand new freshly imported set of Rota Grid Drift rims in Hyper Black. It took me 5 weeks to get these in from the states and cost me a shade over £1000. Rare Rims UK do not stock these and would not import them either, as it is not in their colour range, so i took the liberty myself through http://www.wheeldude.com. The closest Rare Rims could do is Titanium Chrome, which just wasnt the finish i was looking for, and they still wanted around £1000 for a set (no tyres of course). So these are a unique finish in the UK, and look amazing on a Gun Metal 350z, or any Z for that matter!

This is what they look like on a black Z...but there is alot more photos of them on different colour ones on the wheeldude website.

They come with everything required to fit them on a 350z, with 20ET offset. Plus i ordered some highly recommended black McGard lug nuts which i will throw in for the total price. I am asking £900, and i am fixed on the price, as they are brand new, still wrapped up in the boxes, and are a unique colour in this country.

    Spec of the wheel:

    18"

    5x114.3

    20ET

    9.5J all round

    Cheers.

  4. Coming along at a great pace now Buster, i like the theme you have. I will have to check out DJCC. I have plenty of catching up to do! I'm buying everything then fitting it all at once though, so my Z will transform in one hit! lol Probably wont be till spring mind. We will have to go for a photoshoot once we are both finished :)

  5. I bought these reflectors for my 2003 Z from a Nissan Dealer in the USA, but i now have a 2006 bumper waiting to be installed (going facelift), so they are no good to me now! I did not even get around to installing them, so they are brand new, un-used, still in the Nissan packaging. Great little mod for any 03-05 Z.

    £30 delivered.

    Cheers, Steve.

  6. Is it a Seibon hood? Sorry i may have missed the part when you said what brand it is. Personally i prefer the OEM versions, and without the eyelids too. I think it makes the Z look cheap, but thats just me. Sorry to hear about your lip though, it should be fixable, but wont be straight forward. I cracked the Greddy lip on my Honda Prelude and it was a right arse to fix, but looked ok in the end.

  7. I have a spare OEM exhaust which is taking up space. So if anyone is interested then it is for sale at a reasonable price. It is in 3 parts, and fits from the cat-back. Perfectly good condition, was only removed to due getting a Nismo.

    1) Y-Pipe with flexi's

    2) Mid Section with silencer

    3) Backbox with tail pipes

Pick up would be ideal as it is rather large an heavy to post. Located in Christchurch, Dorset. I'm not sure what it is worth, so a ball park figure would be appreciated from someone more knowledgeable.

    Cheers, Steve.

  8. Good question, one for the geeks maybe?! lol Im not sure if that colour was continued through the new versions. Yeah ideally i wanted a facelift when i bought the Z, but my budget simply wouldnt stretch another £4-5k for an '07 model. When for the best part of £1000 i can buy the facelift parts and do it myself. Being a sprayer by trade i can fit and paint them at work, so should work out alright. I will post pics up of the progress once i get hold of the head lights.

  9. I dont think there is any re-wiring to do from what ive read on the US forums, providing you already have HID's. Which it does. Ive got one light lined up at a very good price, but i just need to get the other now! Then hopefully should be good to go...?

  10. Hey guys, im looking to visually turn my 03 Z into an 07. So far i got the LED rear tails, the 2 slat front bumper, and the HR bonnet buldge. I know that i need the bi-xenon headlights too, but is there anything else that i am missing externally from completing the facelift look? I have aftermarket rims so that isnt part of it :) Cheers.

  11. They look the nuts i have to say. I am currently waiting to take delivery of the wheels i ordered from Wheeldude.com aswell. The guys at RareRims were'nt able to supply me the colour i wanted as it was USA market only, so i had to import them myself. I went for the Rota Grid Drifts in Hyper Black though.
