As far as coming back here to post about an accident, i fear the other idiots on the road will cause that before i do, knocking on the door of 40 and driving high powered rear wheel drive cars most of my life i am familiar with keeping it on the black bit. I appreciate new drivers having "moments" but we are not all inexperienced as many on this forum seem to think. It pi$$es me off some what that when you ask a simple question "certain" people seem to think its their right to tell you how they know so much more about your driving style and how you should conduct yourself without actually knowing feck all about you.......

Because i prefer it OFF obviously... the cars handling is already safe if you respect and understand the mechanics/balance of driving along with knowing your ability and not crossing that line.

Its a beautifuly balanced car and the over sensetive ESP (my own opinion) hinders my style of driving, hence wondering if it could be reset ?

Can you set it up to be OFF rather then ON at start up and manually turn it on if you wish rather then the opposite ?

Yer, mine was doing this a while back, i ended up taking the spring out and re-bending it a little and then putting some vaseline on the retrackable pin that the soleniod operates.... always opens now

The wheels were refurbished when i bought the car so they are pretty mint really, but i did speak to the repair center guy and he assures me they will be a glass finish inside and out when done so i cant really complain at that.

I cant speak highly enough about Ford, ever since i got my first ST220 and then my Focus Wolf ST, Anna has always done me a better then good deal for labour, i get all my own parts and ford just fit them, I wouldnt go near Nissan for a valve cap after they couldnt be asred to help me out with my radio code !!!! Feck Nissan Priory park in Hull..........
