Our track time is scheduled for 9:18 with a 8:10 briefing. General public dont get access to Japfest until 9:00 but stand pass holders can enter at 7:00. I reccomend you arrive early and go straight to noise testing, then return to the stand. You can walk over for your briefing (if you miss the 8:10 briefing there should be another one at 8:30), and then drive to the track time staging area at around 9:00.

Are we on the stand with the Z-Club?

Yes, I booked the stand under Zclub (although it's turned out that there will be more members from the 350 club than the Zclub attending).

My brother will be coming along in my car - so i wil be needing to get another ticket... was just gonna get one on the gate, let me know if you still have it on the day

I just do happen to have a ticket available due to a last minute cancelation.

Wiil drop it off Sunday morning at the BP.

OK, just to confirm 7 tickets and 5 stand passes will be dropped off for 350-UK.com members the morning of the event at the BP. Sorry about the early start but I have a 9:30 track time I cant be late for. If one member wants to take the early shift and pick up all the tickets that's fine. You can meet up near the show entrance later if you like, but I need you guys to organize this amongst yourselves. See you there!

OK, I have received the tickets and stand passes. Club access is from 6:30 and the show opens to the public at 9:00. I recomend we meet at 7:30 at the BP Services in Brackley on the A43. This is on the last roundabout (M40 side) before you exit the A43 to Silverstone, post code NN13 5SZ. If this is a bit early for some I can leave your ticket and stand pass with another member for collection. If neither option works for those attending drop me a PM and we will work something out.

Newsflash!

Goodwood are giving away 500 free tickets for Moving motor show on Sunday

To get your hands on 1 of the 500 free tickets we have reserved strictly for you, our loyal Breakfast Clubbers, all you have to do is come to Breakfast Club this Sunday morning, and visit the Ticket Office located beside the main gate, and quote Moving Motor Show. The 500 free tickets will be offered strictly on a first come first served basis, and are limited to 1 per Breakfast Clubber.

The Ticket Office will be open from 0800hrs on Sunday morning.

Please remember to park your vehicle as directed by the Marshals on the day, as you will not be able to park outside the Ticket Office

We look forward to seeing you bright and early on Sunday morning.

The halfway house is in Brentwood - Southend Arterial Road, CM13 3LL

If you make it to Goodwood we will meet up at breakfast between 8:00 and 8:30. We will be easy to spot as at least one of us will be wearing a Zclub or Nissan logo'ed shirt.

Sorry for the short notice but this could be a great day out. A few people may attend in the morning and then drive to the Halfway house for lunch.

I'm back!

My wife posted all the tickets and passes yesterday, they should arrive today or tomorrow. One problem, my afternoon track session pass is missing, she probably gave someone two afternoon session passes by mistake. Please let me know if anyone received an extra pass and I will pick it up on the day.
