-
have i put the right ones into my basket? seems weird a £100 difference in price.
Will order right now if they are the correct ones.
-
yeah camskill
just checked another website (blackcircles) and they are £540
seems strange
-
just added front and back to basket and it only comes to £430 (with p & p)
Sure a couple of weeks ago when i checked it was well over £500 that sound right to people? Or have i added the wrong ones to my basket?

Does this mean if i go to Abbey and get a remap I should see a quicker 0-60 time ?
I just want to give myself the best possible advantage when playing Traffic Light Grand Prix

was reading a thread the other day (which i cant find now) and i had no idea there was this button next to the traction control so today i thought i'd check it out, gave it a press and nothing happened, pressed it again and the button just fell back into the plastic surround so now i just have a big hole next to the traction control button
Is there an easy way to get it back out? And why didn't pressing the button do anything (i have a 56 UK GT spec Z)?

just adding a bookmark

its working now
Didnt even do anything in the end, just opened straight away

I had exactly the same thing when mine froze up a couple of weeks ago. Handles didn't seem to do anything on either door.
Lots of deicer, swearing and scraping and the passenger door eventually opened...
where were you using the deicer? On the door lock itself on the outside as mentioned above?
-
Could be a frozen lock, maybe spray some lock de-icer into the key hole and see if it frees it up. Failing that, could be the opening cable is loose somewhere in the door. Is the interior opening handle still resisting when you open it or is it loose?
Will try the deicer. thats not going to damage the lock or anything is it?
The interior handle is loose, its not stuck or anything, it just doesnt seem to be activating the opeing mechnisim but otherwise it is working, same with the outer handle.
-
Can you open the door from the inside using the interior handle?
Nope, get nothing on either side, the mechnisim doesnt make any noise like the working passengers side does.
-
Thats happened to me once before. When I looked the window hadn't dropped like it normally does when you open the door. I put it down to that, but thinking back the locking mechanism maybe frozen. That would bemy first place to check.
Thats what i first thought because i managed to get the door working again last time by messing around with the lock (Turning it on and off etc), can i check the lock any other way or can i heat it up somewhere lol
-
Thought it may have been frozen but i dont think it is
The door opened ok first thing this morning then when i came to close it it just bounced off the frame, i managed to get it to close in the end but now it wont open at all. I cant even hear the mechanism for the door latch.
Has anybody else had this?
It also happened a couple of days ago and then started working ok.

Now to fit them

Well the Vreidesteins are on, first impressions, much better than the falkens.
More grip, better ride, more feel and much better looks (with big rim protectors)
Just need to start saving for the rears now!
you had chance to test em in the wet yet?

Still waiting for addresses please

I emailed one company (http://www.mobi-tyre.co.uk/) and they said £20 + VAT a corner for 18in wheels, that sound right?
