I have never actually fitted the springs to my car, I bought them off a guy who only had them fitted to his car for 1 week. He gave me original receipt which I can pass on to the buyer. I am also selling my ERZ high flow cats. I bought these instead of Berk's because I researched U.S forums and these were deemed the best to fit with an Invidia Gemini. Yeah my car passed an MOT no problem with these on. And yes, I believe they'd fit 07 & 08 HR 350z's but not the earlier ones.
