Hate it when there's a POS parked next to you?

More often than not after work I get out to my car and there's a POS next to me, with different panels all round, not one of them straight, parked 2 inches from my driver's door. There's at least three dings on it, to testify to how much this idiot doesn't care about his car or anyone elses.

Imagine my pleasure at walking out today and seeing something where I know the owner has taken care getting in and out the driver's side :yahoo:

There should be a no POS section of the car park I think, where mouthbreathers aren't allowed

The angle of your picture makes that Aston look odd, almost a replica

It's parked with the back right up to the bush, with my front lip, I'd lose 4 feet of paint on the curb if I went in any deeper.

I can assure you from my nosey through the window (probably some drool still on there) there was nothing replica about the beautiful leather interior :cloud9: Got to own one one day.

I parked in the retail car park last Mon outside Halfrauds. The car park was almost empty

so I parked in a space away from the few that were parked there, when I came back after no more than 15 mins.

I found an Audi had reversed into the space next to me with a gap to my drivers door of about 6 ins,

as their drivers door was on the other side no problem for them to get in and out.

Waited with anger for them to return, nothing, so climbed in from my passengers door.

Before doing so, I found a line of about 50 retail park trollies which I gleefully pushed around and parked

next to their drivers door and put the anchor brake on so they couldn't move them..

Hope it gave them more agro getting into their car than me. Inconsiderate to55ers. :scare: :scare: .

those back window things look B)

Yeah that looks ace! What is it?

Thanks. I was a bit unsure at first as they're a bit Mustang wannabe, but hell, who doesn't want to be in a Mustang

As Jimboy2 helpfully pointed out  , they're Stillen louvres, painted black, from Tarmac. I really really like them but they've hidden my club sticker :(

Was a "will I? Won't I?" mod for me - but I did and I think they look ace - had mine carbon dipped to match my carbon B post covers.

I had a brand spanking new Escort XR3i back in the eighties. After picking up a number of dings by stupidly parking in between other cars in Supermarkets I started parking in remote areas of car parks. On this particular day I parked several rows away from the nearest car but when I returned to my car there was a white "Marina" style shed parked next to my XR3i , a fresh dint in my door with white paint on it. The Shed had very little life left in it so there wasn't much I could do....apart from............. :ninja: .

Almost the exact same happened to me once but I have a mate who owns a skip hire firm so I called him and we put a skip 2" from the guys drivers door so he couldn't get in...

Actually thinking about it, it might have been an old Jag and it might have been another mate who owns a cement mixing firm and we filled the car up with cement..... really hard to remember all the bullsh!t to be honest...

Why people think they have the right to f*ck with another persons car is beyond me. It's never right, certainly not for the 'crime' of simply parking a bit close.

If you park defensively, you'll never have an issue. Sometimes it's the fault of the car parking space being so small, and if you then have to climb over the pax seat to get in, is it that much of a hardship? Blimey, some folks really do get a bit precious.

I dont mind close, I've had to climb over a couple of times now, I try and park one side bush facing so there's always a chance to get in :ninja:

It's the actual contacts that rev my engine. I couldn't exact revenge though, I'd wonder what if I got the wrong car :scare: If there was a big obvious one I'd be tempted to lay in weight and have a conversation about it, only if they looked soft mind
