FAQ: What tyres are good for replacements?

Recommended Posts

Opinions on tyres will always differ. Some people who have changed from the standard Bridgestone RE040s seem to have gone for Pirelli P-Zero Rossos. Some say these are very good, others say that their sidewalls are too soft for the car causing strange handling effects.

Toyo T1S (the T1R is now available) are well-regarded in the US where they are considered a premium brand. They are available in the standard sizes and can be found at good prices in the UK.

I personally have them on my aftermarket wheels and love them, compared to the OEM ones.
