All our dyno work is carried out in 4th gear.

dyno is a tuning tool , before and after on the day is what counts.  But I am afraid every one wants to say they have the most BHP so  dyno plots get waved around then people says this cant be true.

Hi Mark

Seeing as TDI North offers UpRev remapping in association with you, what's your opinion on the figures?

Went back to TDi North for a service and to check fueling etc was all still running correctly. Only thing that's changed is I've had a resonater put in with the custom mid box which has restricted it slightly according to Paul. It felt slightly hesitant around the 2.5-3k mark then pulled hard which I thought was odd. So I decided to go on another run on the dyno and adjusted the map to suit and it made 324.2 bhp & 300 lbft torque. Fueling was taken from the top end and added mid range hence the lower bhp and increased mid range torque figures. Seems to pull much harder now low/mid range which I think suits driving on the road much better.

My Dad treated his 2005 roadster to an Uprev courtesy of Abbey motorsports.  It went from 249 bhp @ hubs to 262bhp @ the hubs which according to Abbey is 305bhp @ the flywheel.  He went for pops n bangs and said he absolutely loves the end result and was worth every penny.
