I've always liked the EP3 civic typeR but could never get over the gear stick position. It's the one thing that's always put me off getting one

One of my favourite features. Very close to the wheel so you can pretend your some form of race driver. Gearbox is great too. It also gives lots of space in the back as there's no lump in the middle between the seats.

+1, it's the most natural position for it and you get used to after a few hours.

So here is my car list I have owned not that many compared to some I am sure.

First was a White Honda Civic 1.4i ek chassis which I stripped the interior of and put racing harnesses in and had 17inch wheels on, unfortunately I have no photo of that car shame as I loved it.

Second came a Citroen Saxo 1.0 hated this car was so unreliable only had it a few months before I sold it.

Third came a Ford Focus mk1 1.8 zetec collection with custom made exhaust 4" tip ST170 wheels lowered 30mm on H&R springs and a Pipercross induction kit

Fourth was a Honda Integra Type R DC2 UKDM this was standard most of the time then a pipercross induction kit was placed on it and then when the Vtec hit it sounded like the world was going to end. If there is one thing you must hear in life its the roar of a Vtec with induction kit heading for the redline. Epic!

Fifth was a temporary car to tied me over till I got the next being a Mercedes C class 2.5 diesel Urgh.

Sixth was my Scooby WRX with an STI interior, HKS panel filter and Tein 35mm lowering springs and Walbro 255 fuel pump plus Prodrive exhaust

I never really took any pictures of my old cars, I passed my test back in 2004, my history is

1.2, K Reg, Green, Vauxhall Nova, (best car ever! It was such a go kart)

1.3, K Reg, Brown, Ford Escort (pushed a rod through the block then the second engine had the piston rings fail)

1.2, R Reg, Silver Vauxhall Corsa

2.0 turbo, M Reg, Subaru Impreza

I had an obsession with white in engine bays because I owned this and my other escort (next in this list) both had white in the engine bays. First the scooby had a sprinkling.

But then there was my pride and joy for 5 years :) (oh the memories)

That was in this. Started out life as a 1.6, then put a 2.0 Mondeo engine in there, then throttle bodied it.

Then I sold that escort for parts. Vowed never to buy another second car, then 2 weeks later had this...

which now looks like

I also have an old Y reg Corsa as my run around.

As you can see anything on a new style reg plate is bloody new to me. The idea of owning something new like an 11 plate is just a dream lol.

First car at 17 was a 1.2 v8 Fiat Punto Active Sport.

Loved this little car, not fast but handled pretty well actually.

Fitted some Xenons and Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2s alloys. Needed lowering and spacers really but I didn't keep it very long

Next, at 19, I purchased my 2.0 MK2 Rev4 Toyota MR2 GT T-Bar.

Loved this car to bits but it gradually started to feel a bit old. Very sad day when I sold it.

Made a few more mods to this one, more Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 alloys, black spline drive lug/locking nuts (had to get these direct from McGard in Germany!), custom built exhaust, red interior and also a little glowy MR2 thing below my radio :)

And now my 350Z GT4 I brought at 22.

Only spacers fitted so far but have plans to up the performance but keep the standard look ;)
