Hi All,

Thought i would finally get round to creating a build thread on my 370z now i have had it a year and started making it my own.

Purchased this tidy 2011 car after owning a couple of 350z in november last year with 48k on the clock, Other than the lmgt4 wheels and a powerflow exhaust the car was pretty much standard.

It didnt take long before the modifications started, the GTR start button arrived before the car did, Capture.JPG.78de3d7c7098d1e5967648a693526ca8.JPG

week later, it was in for window tints,

was not happy with the powerflow exhaust, sounded nice but looked horrible underneath, so it was time for the trust Ark Grip exhuast to go on, also had the numberplate surround wrapped to match the roof and fangs, previous owner had this done at somepoint as well and it looked preety good.Capture.JPG.fea715f0a6a910f6d799da85f75b6af8.JPG

found the bluetooth to be a bit tempromental so looked into getting the Niftycity mod to update it. now it connects to my phone 99% of the time.,

Nismo carbon gear knob and custom shift boot. White was not the best chioce for a gear gaitor but luckily being a pillow case cover its machine washable.

Stillen Gen 3, cold intakes were next, Thanks Tarmacsportz.

then Side skirts, which were at this pint my favourite mod, made the side profile of the car so much better. Thanks Tarmacsportz

took it to horsham developments for an ECUTek map, Pop and Bang map, flat foot shifting and burn out mod.

Nismo front end

then added an ebay splitter,

cracked the first one, self tappers were not the best idea so bought myself a riv-nut tool and did it properly, tinted headlights as well. Droppped the front plate down as well

and thats it....so far. Going back to Horsham to have a set of Tein coilovers fitted in February, Rolls Royce starlight roof, also planned at somepoint and if anyones got a white Nismo rear bumper for sale let me know!

thanks for reading, I cant wait to see what its going to look like after anpther year of ownership.

it does make me lol when the pops and bangs are on, it gives a dead spot at the top of the throttle to make it bang, you basically rest your foot on the throttle with a little bit of pressure to make it pop and bang so its not something you want to have on all the time.

I usually needlessly downshift when passing a tesla or other electric car to remind them what their missing out on. :D

Looks like you're spoiling the car, looks great! Is the ark grip just a cat back or did you go with HFC's?

Nismo geaeknob looks the part too, I fancy one of them myself!

Thanks, just the Cat back, thought about HFCs but didnt want to annoy the neighbours. and cars sounds good enough for me without them at the moment. may add them when i run out of things to spend my money on in the future though.

I had the same knob in my 350z, only problem is, is that it gets hot in the summer. changing gear is like when Harry touches that door knob in home alone lol

That's fair enough, give it some time you'll be buying and fitting them at some point ;)

Haha literally pictured that as I read it that's a good point! Looks the part though
