Four Counties Classic Meets - Bletchingly Arms, Surrey, RH6 4PE

Recommended Posts

First and third Saturdays of the month, from 09:30. Went along this morning and good to see another couple of Zs there, one being a lovely 1970 240Z.

Billed as a "classic" meet, but there was a good mix of old and new. Well organised with tea/coffee/breakfast/loos available too.

Let's try and get a few more Zs there next time!

Feel I can't miss a great opportunity to come along to this meet and give the i30N some exercise:drive1 especially as the weather is looking kind

i30N? Funnily enough I'm looking into one of those - the new 2021 model.

I won't be there in the Z, but a couple others might be.

Going to be cold so I can't vouch for how many will attend.

Quite a good turn-out it seems - variety of 'Classics' - nice to see the rare Elva in particular and more of the cars as the fog gradually cleared.

Pleased to see that one Z got along at least - did you talk to the owner? I think he's on this forum.

Were you there quite early? Later in the morning the car park became pretty full.

Delayed a bit and got there just before 10 (divert off the A25 at Brockham turn-off with half a dozen police vehicles blocking A25 both ways and mega congestion in side roads) and left around 11.30 when cars started leaving.

Yeah, chatted with the 370 owner - think his name was Neal and a forum user? and yes, he had a 350 before.  Chatted with quite a few owners (no one I knew was there) so name might be muddled :surrender:

Yep, I saw the signs for that road closure. I later learned that it was a bike accident and the fatality was a friend of a friend of my daughter's.
