So of course massively enjoying the series.

Over half term went up to North Wales with the family on holiday and came across an absolutely unreal spot along the Watkin Path, Caernarfon. Happen to visit on a day with blazing sunshine however being April it still wasn't what you'd call warm. Folks were going in with seal socks and wetsuits, not this little Hoffer.

Wife, kids and I all had a dip and loved it. As cold as you can imagine, but invigorating rating 11. Under a 3hr drive and forecast sun, 💯 recommend the hike and bring your trunks ☺️

Still doing the Wim Hof Method 18 months on cold exposure (God send with this week's temperatures) and the mindful breathing exercises. Feel great, positive, in control, relaxed, healthy, shake colds in a couple days, maintaining weight easily.

Great clip below too

Been a great Summer, lovely warm consistent temps which made cold showers an absolute pleasure. However, with Autumn being well and truly upon us those cold showers take a bit more grit to stand under.

First cold bath of the season, fill up allow to chill overnight and get in! These are actually easier than a cold shower believe it or not. Will look to chuck a bag of ice in for the next one.

Coming up to 2yrs of the Wim Hof Method and still very much an advocate.

Health body and mind 🙌

No way!!! This month marks 2yrs of the WIm Hof Method *science backed influence over immune response. Cold showers of late or brutal but won't overcome.

Having young children I pick up all sorts from them, wife that's works in healthcare for several years also doesn't help. I've had one cold in the last 2yrs that was gone in a few days and considering the period in history we all find ourselves in, think that's very good.

Above the WHM is the psychology behind not doing it, which intrigues me. I know so so many people who prior to recent times/synthetic intervention were fit and well, now have had a number of rough colds, aches pains prolonged coughing, shakes, feeling weak the list goes on. However after looking into natural benefits of the below, wouldn't want to help themselves. I find it amazing and also sad. However as I understand reality, we have something inside of us all that doesn't always want for our best interest. It's one thing to know it's there and why, it's another to not even be aware.

Roll on Summer

What temperature is that at Dave ....I was watching a huberman vid the other day where he was saying there's no data to say less than 10 degrees is necessary......I'm just trying to be a pussy here 🤣

Morning matey, not sure. It's been filled all week and left out so mighty cold I know that. For the first 30-40sec you body is screaming get out it's not worth it, then you settle in control the mindset and you're good. Not everything can be explained using data, resilience for example.

If the Wim Hof method is good enough for the Novax Djokovic, its good enough for me 😃

We all having our cold showers this week 😁

So update, took up running thought I'd give it a go as a good pal had entered the Sutton Fun Run for the 4th time. Completed the 14k around Sutton and Sutton Park known for its hills in 93mins. The day was roasting hot too which didn't help us first timers. Very proud achievement as never been into distance running before.

Banged out a little 4k this morning before it gets too hot 🥵

Reached the top yesterday you beauty!! Always wanted to scale Snowdon, just maybe not lugging up the weight of a small motorbike 😳 💪

Cold shower before and after for the win!! Toughest thing I've EVER done.

Job done

Having recently (last month) done Snowdon, kudos on doing that with all that weight. I don't exercise, at all, and 7kg of camera gear on my back was too much for me 🤣.

I went up the Pyg and done the Miners. Really wanted to try Crib Goch, but glad I didn't. If I went back, I'd do it without any extra gear and make sure I trained beforehand.

That being said though, we did take some random path, then ended up climbing near enough vertically in a boggy marsh  Once we got back onto the Ranger path and actually climbed, the wind was INSANE. Had to talk my mates out of backing out at least 4 times.

At least you didn't call it a "mountain"... Some of us climbed Mount Blanc on Saturday, just saying ... 😘
