Hi just bought one.

Recommended Posts

Just got my first 350z, almost got one about 8 years ago but got an s2000 instead.

Had to sign up to find out what mods I need, currently aiming for the stage 3 uprev remap, I've messaged flyboy to get the velocity stack, just awaiting a response

Ello n welkom

Usually members wanting similar do 06' airbox mod, panel filter, plenum spacer, high flow cats, aftermarket 3' exhaust system including Y pipe and UpRev remap. Possibly then uprated clutch and lightweight flywheel, higher lift cams, headers always an option.

Stick around.

S2000 is a fine machine. I've never driven one. How does it compare to the 350Z?

The engine is no where near as punchy but show it a b road and you wouldn't  see which way the s2000 went

I can imagine. I love a VTEC on a B road. I LOVED my B18C Civic. Unfortunately it was an MB4 Rover body. But I can imagine the S2000 is just a weapon in the twisties.

I'd much rather that than my turbo Z on a nice dry warm day in the corners

And yet around tsukba (short twisty track) the 350z is quicker around a lap and 13 seconds quicker around the nurburgring.....

The extra pulling power obviously extends the lead quite a bit on high speed sections.

Yeah me too 350/70 is easier to live with in every other way

But the s2000 is a nimble little tool when things get tight
