Pitted Brake disc. Replace or monitor?

If it passed the brake test on the MOT and doesnt feel weird when driving I would leave it. All brake discs tend to rust/pit anyway as they get all the crud off the road on them.

 

MOT advisories are purely based upon the testers opinion on that day. On one of my previous cars I had an advisory 3 years in a row for worn rear subframe bushes. I never did anything about them, then on years 4 & 5 the same garage never listed them as an advisory at all! Problem solved!
