Do you take your own photos? Do much editing to them?

Yeah mate, all photos are taken by myself besides the occasional photo from shows that photographers there have taken.

Extremely simple DSLR set-up (Canon 1300D, kit lense & a polarising filter) and some editing on Rawtherapee (no chance I'm paying for Lightroom ). I tend to leave the photo as close as i can to it's original state, just a couple of small tweaks to give it the look i want.

Here's one of the car fully lifted on the aircups in case anyone was considering a set. They definitely make the car look absolutely hideous but they do allow me to park on my own drive

Looking epic :)

Hopefully you'll make it up to the next midlands meet, and hopefully i'll be there to see it :)

@Sim Cheers mate! Yeah i hope to make it to the next one.

It was just going to be a little bit too much driving in one day to go to both that and the Torqen meet last time. It was a 6h+ round trip to Torqen because of the route i need to take to avoid bumpy roads so there's not a chance i could've managed that & the drive to the midlands

Awesome!

Just dusted off my Nikon 3200 that I purchased off from a member off here. Only got one lens for it now as my dog decided to chew the other one :( lol.

I had a little look at RawTherapee - looks good for a freebie. Any good guide you can recommend?

@Humpy Ah nice one! That's a bummer about the other lens, my dogs are a nightmare for stuff like that as well

I don't have a good guide for RawTherapee I'm afraid. It doesn't seem like a hugely common program so trying to find useful information can be quite difficult. I've just been faffing around with it for 4 or 5 months and I'm still not completely clued up on it all to be honest. I'm still tempted by Lightroom just for the ease of it all, and the monthly subscription for Photoshop & Lightroom for £10 a month does seem like a great deal. Just not sure if I'd use it enough to warrant the cost.

Still waiting on the new wheels to be finished so in the meantime, enjoy some photos from the Torqen x ZocietyEU Meet a week or two back.

New wheels when it already looks this good :)

I can't wait to see what you're going with.

What wheels are on the horizon :snack:

You'll see soon enough - hoping to have them fitted by the end of the month! Don't want to reveal them just yet as i think the work Rimscarnated are doing to them will really make them look pretty awesome so I'll need some photos of them fitted to do them justice.

This is one of my favourite 370Zs on the forum.

For me it even beats the Nismo in the looks departmentB)

If Carlsberg sold 370s they'd probably look like this.

And that's WITH the current wheels!

Cheers mate, i appreciate that alot

It's definitely a bit out there that's for sure so it's good to hear all the positive comments. I was half expecting most owners to hate it when i decided to put the wing on to be honest but i just couldn't bring myself not to get one

I love the current wheels as well - Kiwami's look awesome on basically everything. I think they'll be pretty hard to beat so i just hope the new ones turn out as good as I'm thinking they will.

It's nearly the end of the month, ;) Any news?

Nothing yet I'm afraid mate! I messaged Rimscarnated earlier to see if they had a rough ETA so I'll see what he says. Given the circumstances, i doubt shipping is as efficient as it usually is so he may be a few weeks behind. We'll see!

I did import some 40mm shortened knuckles from Japan along with a few sets of 326Power wheel nuts the other day which is pretty awesome. They're supposedly T Demand knuckles that've been resprayed (fairly believable as there are signs of the old copper-ish orange under the silver - who knows!). Hoping to get these fitted this Friday so i can get the car sat a little bit lower. (i know, i know - I keep saying I'm happy with it and then end up lowering it again a few weeks later! )

118347810_674631933263223_5099197250771751648_n.jpg.12b70b99d05a85e3c26b4e092f6f88ae.jpg

I'm hoping that these, paired with a set of adjustable top mounts should allow me to add a tiny bit more camber on the front end, pulling the top of the rim closer to the arch without actually lowering the car too much more (aiming for similar camber to k__tun's car below - He's running 326 coilovers with the adjustable top mounts). Previously the only company that made these was 326Power but import tax just makes these a little bit too expensive. Broadway Static has now started making them though for a much more reasonable price so looking forward to getting my hands on some. :yahoo:

So if anyone is in the market for either a set of Kiwami's, Pink 326Power 8cm Wheel Nuts (with spikes and crown caps) or some 25mm shortened knuckles let me know, mine will all be up for sale within a few weeks!

Well, the new knuckles are on and all my prolems are solved! Tonnes of UCA clearance now and plenty of room between the knuckle and the air cups. They're also the -3° specification so with my UCA's set the same as the old knuckles, I've gained a few extra degrees on the front end allowing me to go even wider  I'm now tucking 10.5J et -43 on the front end with no issues whatsoever!

Minus the 326Power demo car which had 3mm more poke than this, I'm pretty sure this is one of the widest wheel setups under stock arches on a 370z. Happy days! :yahoo:

Speaking with Rimscarnated, the new lips for the new wheels should be here within next couple of weeks. I'm hoping to potentially have them on by the end of September but we'll see. Fingers crossed.

I've also swapped out the pink 326Power wheel nuts for a black set. I do love how the pink ones looked but i think with the slightly more modest look of the new wheels, pink would've looked a bit daft.

Also, for those that are interested, my girlfriends car is now also looking pretty awesome. The driveway does look rather good if i do say so myself

You must have very good roads at your bit, I struggle with slight dips in the tarmac

Nice duo. What wheels are they on the 86?

Yeah they're not too bad thankfully! I seemingly live in the only part of Bristol with half decent roads

The wheels on the 86 are 326power Yabaking Gangsta's. They're a pretty penny as far as single piece wheels go, but totally worth it imo!
