Pudzee Posted April 24, 2018 Share Posted April 24, 2018 Hey everyone, I've just bought my 1st 370z GT Edition, only 15,000 miles with full service history. However the clutch slave cylinder was replaced at 13,000 miles with OEM Nissan replacement. My question is......wow that seems very low mileage for it to have gone with such low mileage and is it likely to go again so early???? ZMANALEX Posted April 24, 2018 Share Posted April 24, 2018 Common for the CSC to fail at low mileage and when it does you are stuck and the box has to come out. However, my view is that you don't have a problem until you have a problem. If it fails again, replace it with an uprated one from CMS. If it happens again, you have 2 solutions readily available: ZSP uprated CSC - https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/370z/powertrain/ancillaries/1453-350z-hr-z-speed-performance-zsp-heavy-duty-csc-concentric-slave-cylinder-zsp2006.html ZSP CMAK - https://www.torqen.uk/nissan/370z/powertrain/ancillaries/5556-370z-zspeed-cmak-clutch-movement-alteration-kit-csc-delete-zsp-cmak.html If you plan to keep the car for long, CMAK would be my choice.
