My first question is who can direct me to the what oil to use. I know 5w 30 or 5w 40 seem to be the options but id like to know which one is best for a 370z around 13k miles in the uk. From wat i know 5w 30 is best for fuel econemy and 5w 40 better for engine protection.. Can someone confirm that this is right.
