Hi guys,

As we have many enquiries about the 350z bushes, we will be designing some diagrams and share them here, hoping this will help clarify which kit is required for a particular set of arms, subframes, antiroll bars, spindle etc.

The guide will be updated when time and stock allows.

Energy suspension bushes for subframe link goes to SPL solid ones.

This is on my shopping list as one of mine is leaking. Not sure about having solid ones though?!

Fixed now, thank you.

Unless it's a track oriented car, I wouldn't recommend SPL. A lot of vibration and a lot stiffer. Energy would much more appropriated for a fast road car.

No probs. Yer, thought it might be a bit harsh! What's the difference between the SPL and whiteline? I think it's actually the diff rear bush that's the problem, do you have those too? Cheers.

SPL are solid bushes, metallic.

Differential bushes added as well in the first post.

Hi there, have a 2006 350Z convertible. Reading a forum conversation there was a chap who mentioned the slight tapping noise coming from front floor in suspension area. He like me has changed the Lower Control Arm but has stated that problem resolved by changing the drop links? see his quote below.

"It isn't a real heavy clunk, lighter, more like someone hitting the chassis with a small spanner. it doesn't happen over speed bumps or pot holes either.

Is there any other way to confirm that it's the drop links?"

Can you tell me with a picture what are the drop links. Do you sell them and what is the cost please.?
