Hey guys,I'm in need of help of choosing the right tyre for my setup on my 2007 350z,looking to stretch the tyres but not after crazy stretch if I can avoid it. The car will be sitting on bc coilovers true style, driftwork rear camber arms, set up on wheels will be jr20 9.5x19 fronts & 11x19 rears,I want to go low on the car but need clearance, arches we'll be rolled next week while waiting for goodies to be delivered or will they need to be rolled and pulled. The issue is,do I run 225/35/19 fronts & 255/35/19 rears or 235/35/19 fronts & 265/35/19 rears or even 265/30/19 rears, but was recommend to stay same profiles all round in the 350z. It be great to get as much input on this and to see pics of these setups as well, tyre stretch tyres close up of the front and rear wheels, don't want to be buying tyres and there to big and have to change them. Once the back wheels are in then be ready to put some rubber on them.

You're going so far out of spec, profiles are irrelevant at this point.

I also don't see any benefit in putting narrower tyres than stock on the front, unless you love understeer. 245 minimum, if you want the stretch then go for wider wheels and wide arches. Although tbh this isn't my 'scene' at all, so I'll let someone else give you the exacting details on what you're after.

I keep it simple. For me overstretching the tyres is not a safe practice and although I could have done this with my wide arches and even wider wheels ;) but to fall into the unsafe category is not worth it. we spend so much money on our Zeds just to end up in a ditch because we want the 'looks' it just doesn't cut it for me.It is a bit like lowering a car too much.If you go with air suspension then fantastic but when you drive with it scraping at every bump and ending up changing your exhaust once a year is just crazy

keeping same profile is bollocks a 225/45/18 and a 265/45/18 won't work its the rolling radius ratio thats important

Do you just want stretch tyres because your scared if they will fit or you want internet points?

whats your offsets?

as I ran

245/35/19 9.5j et20

275/35/19 10.5j et20

years back slammed no issues

Just for refference although 18s the maths still works

these are

255/40/18 9.5 et15

275/40/18 10.5 et 15

so a reasonable tyre will fit with a 9.511057786_10156014817545249_9167535170392883960_o.thumb.jpg.0cefbba5c821f8f7435916ce4aa0991c.jpg12006557_905488382877012_7611325671647347010_o.thumb.jpg.6a458cf6c44ee7707606fb2adb5d209b.jpg
