Crossover frequencies for Bose set up?

So I recently sorted myself out an upgraded head unit, which i'm pretty happy with (Kenwood DDX4017BT).

I'm having a bit of bother sorting out the audio settings within the unit. There is the option to set up the crossover frequencies for each speaker set, so front+tweeter, rear and sub. Does anyone know what they should be? I've found plenty of info online regarding the theory of crossover frequencies, but I'm none the wiser.

It does sound 'acceptable', but it's not quite there. So if anyone knows what the the frequency response is for the Bose speakers it would be appreciated. I'm going to pop the sub-woofer out this afternoon in the hopes it's written on the back. Edit: yeah there's bugger all on the back, suppose it was worth a look!
