I can see a supercharged FIAT 500 coming along before Christmas :yahoo:

Some progress on this now that the weather is improving. Most of the upgrades are done from diffs, complete suspension, brakes etc.

Off to RT-Performance for body work, lots of stone-chips on the door hinges, some new grill etc.

Interior next, some Braum Racing Elite Komodo seats in black and re-trim of the rear seats in the same fabric. Will probably do some parts of the dashboard too.

The other silver Jeep passed through IVA and is now in use, bog standard, sooooo ugly

While the red one has some custom body work done, stone chips fixed on the hinges etc I started upgrading the silver Jeep.

New 17" Hostile wheels with 35" BF Goodrich tyres, Anzo headlights & light bar and N-Fab side steps. Bushwacker slim fender flares on the way.

Suspension wise, I'm planning to do the 4.5" lift kit with the Fox Shocks, Adams driveshafts and Yukon 4.56 gears. Should look and drive nicely. Might consider going 37" wheels too once it's raised.

This is how it currently looks:

It needs a fresh kill drapped across the bonnet and some gun racking.

So I finally managed to finish the suspension and exterior on the silver Jeep, just in time before the long trip through Europe. Some pics with how it looks now, before I start stripping the diffs and start dealing with the interior:

Thanks for sharing those pics Adrian.

Honestly what an experience that must have been for you and made even better I'm sure by the fact that the Jeep was faultless all the way. B)

Looks like an awesome trip. Managed to get the whole of June off next year and hoping to do a similar trip. My plan at the moment is through the Swiss and Austrian Alps and then on to Romania to drive the Transfăgărășan highway before returning home via Germany to do the Autobahn and visit the Ring. Just need to keep my fingers crossed the Government don't fudge Brexit up to badly between now and then, the £ has already dropped enough as it is!
