one tail light not working?

So I have had my new Z for a week now. '06 with Veilside kit. Bodywork is in good condition and only a few common Z problems came with it, which I have already fixed. However today I noticed one of the rear brake lights don't work. These are custom LED lights so can't be a duff bulb issue, what else could be causing it?

These are the lights if it helps paint the picture better.

Excuse the wheels - some proper ones are on order!

Just to close the chapter, I took the rear light out today and cleaned the contacts, put it back together and works 100%. Either needed a clean or he may have got the connections the wrong way around, either way it works!

Guys I still need to get to the bottom of this! So to bring you up to date:

I sold my LED lights and put on an OEM set.

The right hand side doesn't seem to work at all - e.g. Normal light or brake light.

I found the ground point on the rear of the boot, took it off and cleaned it, but still nothing.

If I disconnect the left hand tail light, the right one magically works.

I have found where the tail light relay should be next to the battery - but there isn't one - maybe something to do with it?

Any help would be great!
