Shipping Car Parts

Recommended Posts

Just thought I would post this up and get others views on it,

I used to use Paisley Freight for most of the big stuff, I know a few on here have had problems with them but so far no problems for me, I use the post office for really small and medium although these go as parcel force when above 2.5KG

Now having just had to retire a Zed as an uneconomical repair :byebye:

I am now struggling to find couriers that will take on things like bumpers or if they will they want pallets booked.

parcels2go will do them (it just subs it to parcleforce with collection though) as large and collect it but at £35 - £45 last one I shipped cost about £25.

Anyone else found a cheap reliable courier for car parts?

I have used interparcel loads of times before, its basically just a search engine for couriers but the prices always seem better than going direct.

Just tried them - cheapest is Parcel Force again but they were £0.96 cheaper so a move in the right direction :thumbs:

Maybe prices have just gone up since I last shipped anything big
