It's happened a few times now and seems to do it when entering the car first thing and goes after a few minutes. I got an aftermarket stereo - no cd/DVD in it at the moment so don't think it'll be that. If it is the fuel pump is this a biggie anyone know? Whey not get out, shut the door again (don't lock it) wait a while, then get in again without the alarms deactivating and see what happens? Maybe it's the door lock motor or window motor humming following activation. After that I would look try isolating the noise by removing fuses in turn for each possibility you can think of and see if it disappears Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It just kept going and going until the battery flatted out.
