Ekona Posted November 13, 2015 Share Posted November 13, 2015 Secret handshakes and knowing winks Mods are selected based on nothing more than gut instinct really: A few names will get mentioned in the Team area, then everyone chimes in as to whether they think that person is suitable, then as long as no-one has any objections the invite goes out.
