  1. That's not the first time I've read that sentiment tbh, but for me a 2 month stint under cover was worth it.
  2. I recently did exactly the same whilst my garage was being extended. 😁 I chose a stormforce outdoor cover with the locking kit. Shame mine was for a 350z otherwise could have done a deal. Mines going up for sale now I'm done with the garage and will be replacing it with a basic indoor cover in case I need to do any dusty woodwork inside. I really rate the stormforce but it was pricey IMO. Only thing to bear in mind - it fits snuggly so if you have aftermarket spoilers it may not fit.

    Brembo's

Are they genuine OEM parts? Says 'Budweg' but picture shows 'Brembo'. Edit: just saw image for identification only. So I guess they're copies. Edit again: Budweg website says they're remanufactured.
  4. No, I think I read that they measure the driveby noise rather than doing a static test. As Ekona says though, Miltek sounds almost like stock so I think you will have zero problems.
  5. Have a Miltek also and drove round Silverstone the other weekend with no bother. It's a really quiet system.
  6. Yeah, thanks for everyone organising the event and convoys. Also big thanks again to whoever let me use their tape for my track time session. You were on the stand opposite the club but maybe you're online here. Hope the chap in the orange 350z got on well with his first track session leading the pack. I was in the black zed next to you in the pits.
  7. I was interested to attend but Bluewater is about an hour from me, and I'm getting to an age where standing in a car park on a Friday night doesn't appeal. Gotta get kids to bed, eat dinner etc. 😄 I'm probably more up for a coffee morning a few times a year now.

  9. They get sent out a few days before the event.
  10. Sad times. Remember seeing your Z at my first mini meet and was pretty envious of the chargespeed rear bumper. The gran coupe is a good shout though, I recently got a 430i GC as the family car.
  11. I had the same issue with that brace and my Miltek exhaust. Spacers solved it for me for the last couple years, but I also bought one of these: It was pretty cheap, so my plan was to cut the mounting points off and use them as spacer plates for my ultraracing brace. I'll probably try it out before I cut it though to see what it's like.
  12. Japfest organisers will send out the passes via Eventbrite a few days before the event.
  13. I've found it's been getting cheaper too. For the last few years my renewal quotes have been so good that I haven't been bothered to mess around getting other quotes.
  14. +1 for Quaife. Mines virtually silent. Depending on what exhaust you have you may not hear any aftermarket diff anyway.

  18. Think you have to sand the dimples flat before dipping to get rid of them.
  19. I read this yesterday, and went through the comments. Quite a lot of negative POV out there about the poor zed unfortunately.
