Personally, if using OEM pistons then i'd use OEM rings. You really don't want to be rebuilding it twice for the sake of rings. Or just buy the Wiseco piston and ring set, more cost but at least you know its right 1st time 👍

Another thing to note is the overflow pipe is a very tight fit to get back on. 
 

If you have trouble with the overflow length, just get an inline pipe connector and short length of hose and extend it. Its not under pressure so all safe to do. Had to do it with mine when fitting aftermarket hose kit 👍

HFC's add a LOT of volume too. The CEL does trigger occasionally, but takes 2 seconds to turn it off again. I find mine triggers on long motorway runs after a period of cruise control somewhere between 70 and slightly less than 90 on the FIFA pace rating. If you pull off at services then boot it to get back up to speed it throws the light. 

Anyone thats been behind me will attest to just how loud HFC's and Shorttails are 😆

One size will be fine, just add the same or mnore to the rear.

On my Nismo they were 245x35x19 and 275x35x19 stock, but im now running 265x30x19 and 305x30x19 15mm spacer front and 5mm rear 👍

So the time is approaching, going to need some fresh rubber.

Do I Stick with the MP4S @ £361 x2 for the rear and £312 x2 Front

Or twist and try the Conti Sport 7 @ £264 x2 for the rear and £250 x2 Front

Sizes BTW are 305x30x19 and 265x35x19 

Seems the lifespan of the MP4S are about 20k 🤨
