Does onybody know if spraying carbon fibre the original car colour is more involved than say respraying fibreglass?

Neal, thanks for all the info mate, I'm having your same thought process having had my roadster for a couple of weeks and wanting more sound, but not too much.

I need to do some proper digging myself. Stupidly, I hadn't realised the stock exhaust were oval , are all the aftermarket ones round (I've just checked and Stillen, Akraprovik & Blue Flame are round). Yours seem bigger, at a glance to the Stillen, is that true or just the photo??

 

Do you mind disclosing what you paid - for the exhaust, postage and import tax, etc???

13years old? IMO you're abusing the honour system. These spaces are close to store to help parents with very young kids, pushchairs etc.

I can vouch for the HKS Super Sound Master being a straight fit, me and my mate put it on mine in 1 hour, and what a sound You wouldnt be disappointed.

But as Tarmac says the Stillen is a good exhaust and it sounds good and it is the only other one i have heard in the flesh.

I have just repaired a nice Le Mans Blue 370z.I purchased it for £7750 plus £250 delivery.It is now fully repaired and without my labour costs stands me at just under £13000 not bad for a 2009 370z with 11000 miles on the clock.I purchased most of my parts from Courtesy Nissan in theUSA.They have a superb website with main dealer diagrams to order from and even with import duty and delivery they come out miles cheaper.Parts that are specific to RHD vehicles I purchased from Middlehurst Nissan were I negotiated a good discount.

I was lucky to buy some parts,Airbags radiator etc from the racing side of 370s as they dont use them in their cars.There are not that many secound hand parts around but if you keep an eye on Ebay they pop up now and again.

P.S if you Google Import duty calculator and put in e.g body parts,postage and price it will calculate the cost for you.

Youve done well doing it for that price How many hours did you put in on it?

Just cos a car will go fast doesn't mean you have to drive it over the limit... if you are going that fast that you don't spot a mobile camera in time to slow down then maybe it tells you something

Sorry if ive posted in the wrong area but does anyone know which is the best gismo for spotting the mobile speed traps? I got caught by one a week last Friday and im pretty sure i got caught by another on Sunday

I went with the HKS SSM, mainly cos it is like a work of art and the quality has to be seen ! That aside the advantage to me is No drone and relatively qiuet until around 3000 rpm when it really lets rip and becomes a head turner .[attachment=0]HKS Super Sound Master - Z33 & Z34.png[/attachment]

i live in dorset,sorry no videos,car standard apart from hks ssm exhaust and uprev by abbey,window tint and eibach wheel spacers,feel thats about right

How do you like the HKS SSM and did you get it from Abbey? Im in for an exhaust and its between the SSM and the Akropvic
