Yay,finally get to see the picture of the finished car! Saw the guys working on it last night. Currently in my hotel room in Jerez, totally ruined. Got up at 3.45 yesterday morning, and was at the track till 11pm. My work partner is on day shift and was up at 6am to go in this morning after doing the same hours as me. Must say,the Merc is probably the most elegant out of the bunch so far. Really hate the donkey d1ck noses, hope they can change the regs for next year to get rid of them.

That Merc teaser shot looks like they have wrapped their suspension in carbon effect vinyl.....
As for our car, you will have to wait and see. Iv only seen parts of it, but not all of it together, that will be released in the next day or so

McLaren and Williams have the donkey d!ck, Renault the double donkey d!ck, Ferrari have the catfish nose.

Oh dear god!

Ah just found it. Blimey.

Thats interesting, where did you find that?
-
Wiliams FW26 anyone? Walrus nose!

Ron got a load of really expensive olive tree's in the factory as he liked them, however they died for obvious reasons, so he got a load of fake olives made and painted and put on the trees
-
LOL, suppose thats typical McLaren. Make someone go and change the bulbs when they win. Have you heard about the olive tree's inside the factory?

Be interesting to see what Mclaren show and reveal at noon today....
According to the Mclaren site, even without a new title sponsor, they've got the biggest budget that they've had for a long while. They better have used it effectively is all I can say! They're just round the corner from where I live and their sign hasn't been red for a long while!
Does it even still work? lol

Thats very interesting! Wonder if he will go to McLaren, I think Brawn would be the main target, but if he has said no, the Eric will surely be the man for the job
-
Maybe it was a Paul Walker tribute!

+1 on the 425, brilliant stuff. Love using it. Iv also got DDJ, but prefer the 425 even though it does not have wax in it.

Sent mine away before xmas and got them back sharpish. Great upgrade and well worth it, its amazing how much difference a small thing like this makes to you using the boot.

On my first every track day at Bedford, I spent the morning with the TC on, as I wanted to learn the track and go at my own pace with a safety net. By lunch the TC was off, and I was pushing alot more. I went on my own to that one, and I think was better for it. If you go with others, you always try to race them and out do each other, no matter what car they are in.

Great site, and this made me laugh

I got the Eibach ARB's on mine, and love them, great upgrade over standard. Set mine to the softest on the front, and middle for the rear, but hardest all round for track days, and its amazing. The hardest settings are too harsh for long distance and normal roads. (Inside wheel lifts too easily).
Car looks good, really like that colour , looks like a touch of brown in some of the photos.

Me and Doug from the site did a drift day through MSV at Oulton Park, and it was amazing. Almost zero wear on the tyres, and only used half a tank of fuel. I have done a couple of track days at Bedord as well, and have to say that both gave the same buzz. The only problem is that the drift day gets your car filthy, and I mean totally caked. But its a good excuse to detail the car after. Bedford is a great track, the best is the GT circuit, 4.1 miles, and a great mix of corners and straights. The West circuit is a little tight for the Zed, more suited to lighter more nimble cars I feel, but still challenging. At a full day on the GT track, it was a tank of fuel.

I could be wrong, but I think the 380RS is the Nismo V3 kit. Chris at Tarmac Sportz maybe able to help.

Do these only fit the Rev Up engine, or will they go on an early DE engine car?

All the cars will change for the last test and first race, when all the engineers have looked at other teams solutions and experimented with putting them on their car. You may find that some teams will end up with the same design of nose etc.
