Overview

Nothing better than ripping through the gears with a short shifter. Makes hitting those "critical" shifts soooo much easier. We know the 350z already has a short shift throw, be it can be improved upon. Quick shifting is essential for performance driving and we recommend replacing the factory shifter unit with an aftermarket version that shortens the distance between the gears. Each aftermarket shifter will change the shift throw by a different amount so find the one that best suits you. Some are also adjustable. Make your Z even more fun to drive with a short shifter!

Notes:Our new 350EVO solid short racing shifter uses ball bearings on the shiftrod for smooth and precise shifting. This is the shifter that's used in 350Z race cars. It has a 33% reduction in throw over stock and installs easy. We recommend replacing the shifter cup as well while you're on the job as the OEM ones often break upon removal. Having the ballbearing design on the shiftrod makes shifting super smooth without binding. It is a huge improvement over non ball bearing designs.
