The Nissan 350Z is a coupe and roadster-type automobile built by Nissan. It carries the chassis designation Z33. Also known as Fairlady Z version S.

The Nissan 350Z six-gear two-seater was introduced in August 2002. It is the fifth generation of Nissan's Z-car line.

A special Anniversary model was released in 2005. This version comes with a 300 hp (224 kW) 260 ft.lbf (353 Nm) version of the VQ35DE - exactly twice the output of the original 1969 240Z, along with special options such as metallic yellow/orange paint and 5-spoke wheels. Automatic versions of the Anniversary model are limited to 287 hp (214 kW).

The 350Z was nominated for the North American Car of the Year award for 2003. It was also on Car and Driver magazine's Ten Best list that year.

Released August 20th, 2002, the 2003 350Z was available in 5 trim packages, including the Base, Enthusiast, Performance, Touring, and Track Editions. Pricing started in the $26k range for a Base, and went beyond $34k for a fully loaded Track model. Nissan's performance and motorsport division, Nismo, began producing performance and aesthetic upgrades for the 350Z shortly after its release.

In 2004, Nissan introduced the 350Z Roadster version. The roadster came in 2 trim packages, which included the Enthusiast and Touring editions.

In 2005, Nissan added the 35th Anniversary edition. The 2005 35th Anniversary edition and 2005 Track trims have the 300 hp (224 kW) VQ35DE. Note that only the 6-speed manual on the 35th anniversary edition has this much power; the 2005 Track model only comes in the 6-speed manual. Nissan also added the Grand Touring trim to the Roadster trim packages for 2005.

In the arcade driving game Wangan Midnight and its sequel (Wangan Midnight: Maximum Tune 1 & 2), Tatsuya Shima used a specially tuned Z33 called "Black Bird", and is one of the three fastest cars in the game (the other two being Akio Asakura's "Devil Z", a specially tuned Nissan 240Z, and Reina Akikawa's Nissan Skyline GT-R).
